Capital Sprints LLC provides systems integration, event management and consulting services. We are headquartered in Washington, DC. The company is run by  District of Columbia resident and Project Management Professional (PMP) Lloyd Henry.

Capital Sprints designs and integrates high-tech audio-visual systems for government, business, education and house of worship customers.  We install audiovisual systems, perform rack clean-up, perform cable installation, termination, and certification.

We provide training, live production and web streaming services. We also provide rentals of digital audio and video systems, audio recordings, video recordings, sound reinforcement, image magnification, and low voltage cabling and certification.

Capital Sprints services also include event management, timing for physical fitness trials and certification, road race timing, pre-race, and race-day support, finish time results, audio and video capabilities, and event photography. In addition, we can broadcast your event live via the Internet.

We also provide a number of American Red Cross courses for example but not limited to First Aid & CPR, Lifeguarding and Water Safety Instructor.
